This is a go to recipe for me and one that I got from my health coach Cindy Apps. Much better option than those other sweets we tend to crave. Keep them in a glass jar in the refrigerator and take ONE out and enjoy!
1 cup old fashion oatmeal
3/4 unsweetened coconut flake (or shredded)
1/2 c peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c Visalus shake (or your go to protein shake powder)
2 Tablespoons of dark chocolate chips.
Mix up in a big bowl and dampen your hands a little and roll in small 3/4 inch balls.
They are just as good without chocolate chips.
